About Ollie
Hi I'm Ollie. I'm 6 years old I think. I've been living rough and looking after myself for a long time now since my humans left me behind when they moved.
I've got lots of war scars and I'm FIV positive from living on the streets. Now Im enjoying the simple things in life like regular meals, feeling safe and being tucked up in my own bed.
My favourite thing to do is love bomb my foster mum. Once I get to know you and feel safe I'm very affectionate and will happily sit on your lap or snuggle your toes (I looove toes)
I'm looking for a quiet home where I can relax and put the past behind me. I would get on with another friendly cat or be ok as a single cat too.

Medical notes
Ollie is FIV+, this means his immune system is not as robust as in an FIV negative cat. However, there is now a lot of research and studies that show FIV+ cats can live long, healthy lives just like FIV negative cats, if they receive a high quality diet and routine veterinary care, and live an indoor lifestyle to prevent exposure to harmful parasites and infectious diseases.
FIV negative and positive cats can live together with minimal risk of transmission of FIV. FIV is only transferred via deep bite wounds, not through behaviours such as mutual grooming or through fomites, as the virus can not survive outside the infected cat's body for any length of time.
