Summer is a wonderful pooch who is struggling to cope in a busy shelter environment. Giving her some respite from shelter life will help prepare Summer to find her forever family, who is out there somewhere!

Hello hello! I'm Summer! Just like any good summer's day I'm bright, sunny, and fun! I'm looking for an experienced owner who can give me the time and care I deserve.

I'm a playful girl who loves my toys. You name it - soft, squeaky, ropes, balls - I'm down for any games! Sometimes I can get a bit greedy with them and can forget to share, but I'm happy to trade for another toy or treat. :)

When it's not playtime I love to settle down and soak in the calm and love. You may not think it, but I'm rather relaxed when there's no toys around. You'll see my super affectionate side too. Care for a cuddle?

I'd love my new family to have the time to continue my training, reinforce good behaviour with food and toys, and give me some daily mental and physical activity to keep me happy and fit! I'd also love if my backyard has a fence that doesn't have much visual activity to keep me calm and happy.

Also, if there's any teens at home, I'd love to meet them! I just know we'll be friends for life!
