Introducing Winston, your soon-to-be new best friend! This delightful male Border Collie is just 4.5 years young and weighs a healthy 21 kg. He currently steals hearts in Sunshine Coast, Queensland, where he enjoys the best of beach life and countryside romps.
Winston's health has been given the utmost attention. He's vaccinated, microchipped, and desexed. Not to mention, he's also up to date with all his worming treatments. Rest assured, when you adopt Winston, you'll be welcoming a well-cared-for, healthy pup into your home.
Winston's ideal home is one with a standard type of fence that he can't easily jump or climb over, but he could learn to live in the country as he is super smart and world thrive on a large property . He is a spirited dog who loves being outside, exploring around the garden, sniffing out new scents, and generally being a happy, active dog, although he has experienced a particularly nasty neighbour who gave him some anxiety , but he is coming to terms with that.
You'll be pleased to know that Winston is child-friendly. He loves to play gentle games with children of all ages. However, Winston does best solo and prefers to be the only dog in his new home, showing a more reserved nature around other dogs. One of his remarkable traits, though, is his rare cat-friendly nature. If you have a feline in your family who could use a gentle doggy friend, Winston could be the perfect match!
So, if you're interested in expecting endless love, loyalty, and a lifetime of play, look no further than Winston. His playful nature, coupled with his love for family, will bring a unique spark of light and joy to any home. He's eager to start his new chapter with a family that showers him with the love and attention he deserves.
