About Buddy
Allow us to introduce you to Buddy: an adventurous 9mo Jack Russell x, who is always on the go and ready for fun! With a curious demeanor, Buddy sleeps with one ear open, keeping a loving and protective eye on his family around the clock. His attentive nature truly personifies the phrase, "man's best friend".
Buddy loves car rides and the excitement they bring. His flexibility and remarkable social skills have made him popular amongst kids and other pets. Buddy is not only fond of children, but he also gets along great with cats. Having another dog, big or small, for company would only add to his joy.
As an active dog, Buddy requires daily exercise and mental stimulation to keep him healthy and content. Weighing approximately 7.8 kg and standing roughly 40 cm tall, he's the perfect size for those energetic strolls around the neighbourhood or playing fetch in the backyard.
When it comes to house manners, Buddy is housetrained and knows how to use a doggie door. He also responds well to simple commands but has a bit of an adventurous heart, which plays out in his knack for squeezing through the smallest openings in a fence. Therefore, a secure yard with sturdy fencing is crucial to keeping this curious explorer safely at bay.
Buddy is a lovable fur friend who enjoys human companionship. His ideal new family would have someone home as often as possible. Sadly Buddy would not be suitable for a frail person as he may trip them over. His sunny disposition, combined with his fondness for people, makes him the perfect companion for a family looking for a dog who'll be involved in their daily activities.
If you're ready to add a new member to your family who'll offer endless companionship and demand lots of snuggles and activity, then Buddy might just be your new best friend!
Adoption details
Please Note: SARG and our animals for adoption are located in Mildura in North-West Victoria.
Our adoption process commences with completing an Application form which you'll find at: www.sarg.net.au
The Application is then reviewed, references checked and a yard check done, then, if there are no issues, a meet and greet is organised. If all goes well the last stage is a 28 day home-trial to make sure that everyone is happy.
If the trial is successful our “stray” is then officially considered adopted and the microchip transferred into the new owners name.
If anything goes wrong SARG will always take back one of our animals :)
