Quokka

Introducing this absolute queen, Quokka!

This lovely long noodle has ended up here in the shelter and is now ready to zoom her way into your heart and home.

Greyhounds may be known for their speed on the track but don't let them fool you, this lady is an absolute couch potato and will quickly claim any soft spot as her own. Quokka can be a little unsure when being left alone for long periods so is looking for an adults-only (16+) home with someone home more often than not.

Quokka has shown some great behaviours around other dogs while here at the shelter so may be suited to go home with another like-minded canine companion. Please ensure you bring them along for a meet and greet here at the shelter before you take Quokka home! She has also let us know that she isn't a fan of cats or pocket pets so her new home will have to be one without these.

This chill lady would love her new home to have plenty of treats and toys on offer, with plenty of cozy spots to laze away the day.

If you think Quokka is the one you've been looking for come on down to our North Melbourne shelter today!
