About Pedro & Pascal
***BONDED PAIR***
Once upon a time, in a world filled with uncertainty and quiet corners, there were two brothers named Pedro and Pascal. Their tale began with a twist of fate – adopted into the warm embrace of a loving lady who showered them with affection. Alas, life had other plans, and they found themselves back with us, not due to any misdeed of their own, but because the universe, in its infinite mystery, took away their doting owner.
These two inseparable feline friends now seek solace and love once again. Pedro, the shy guy, and Pascal, the budding adventurer, find comfort in each other's presence, relying on their brotherly bond to navigate the uncertainties of life.
They yearn for a quiet haven. They've been through the ringer of life, and while Pascal wears his confidence like a badge, Pedro is still learning to trust, taking his time to warm up to the world.
In their ideal world, a calm and quiet home awaits, a sanctuary where loud noises are but a distant memory. They’re happy to open their hearts to meet kids aged 10 years and up, a precaution against their timidity and sensitivity to boisterous environments.
These brothers, though shy, are a breeze to care for, making them perfect companions for both experienced and first-time cat parents. Imagine a home where Pedro, the hesitant toy explorer, tentatively discovers the joy of play, while Pascal, the connoisseur of feather toys and ping pong balls, adds a touch of whimsy to your days.
Pedro, a food enthusiast, believes that the way to his heart is through his stomach, while Pascal, a gourmet at heart, can't resist the allure of wet, dry, or treat delights. If there ever was a cat willing to attend the opening of a chip packet, it would undoubtedly be Pascal.
In their neat and tidy world, litter trays are sacred spaces, and both Pedro and Pascal exude independence and low-maintenance charm. They may squirm a bit at first when picked up, but who wouldn’t?!
Pedro loves gentle pats down his back, relishing the warmth of human touch, while Pascal prefers cheek scratches, purring in contentment to express his feline joy. Pedro, ever the silent philosopher, is still deciphering the language of contentment, a skill at which Pascal excels.
These brothers, not known for their vocal prowess, are bound by their timid natures, yet Pedro and Pascal have a story waiting to unfold in a home filled with love and understanding. As they embark on this journey, their hope is to find someone as special as their first owner, someone who will cherish them, quirks, and all.
Consider opening your heart and home to Pedro and Pascal – two furry souls who, in their own way, will bring a touch of laughter and warmth to the quiet corners of your world.
Post-Adoption Life: With all animals it’s important to understand that going into a new environment with new people may not be as flawless as we want it to be. It’s important to know that these animals have unknown histories. Most left in the shelter by their owners. The information we receive is from observing the animal’s behaviours & reactions to certain stimuli whilst in our care. Adopted animals can take up to 3 months to properly decompress from post-shelter life & a lot of behaviours & quirks will surface during this time. All that we ask if that their new owners have an open mind & are patient.
