About Rolo
If you are interested in Rolo, or any of our Greyhounds, we require you to fill in our application form - https://forms.gle/w1iDu99Rx4PpvG7e7
Meet Rolo, a sweet-natured, adventurous fellow whose charm will win you over in a heartbeat! He's an explorer who finds joy in sniffing out the secrets of a backyard but is adaptable and would happily fit into an apartment living arrangement.
Rolo enjoys the company of other dogs and likes to make friends. While he appreciates canine companionship, he's flexible and could happily tolerate being an only pet for those who work from home more often than not. He is accustomed to spending full-time hours alone with other dogs.
He has a gentle nature, more than happy to mingle with small dogs and cats. And the cherry on top? Rolo is incredibly affectionate.
Rolo is a hit with children; he interacts well with the little ones and shows a playful, friendly spirit around them. Rolo is a fast learner - he still zig-zags on the lead but is keen to perfect his lead skills. Remarkably, he quickly grasped the use of the dog door and is fully house-trained.
However, Rolo is still quite young and puppyish. He requires patient owners who understand the importance of training and can provide guidance on the occasional chewing issue. As Rolo matures, these issues are likely to resolve.
Please note, Rolo can get scared when people yell, so a calm, patient home would be ideal. In return, this sweet boy will fill your days with joy and a companionship that's truly priceless.
At Homeward Bound Hounds, we pride ourselves on matching the right dog to the right family. We need to know more about you and your home to find the best possible match.
