About Turtle - Located in Kew
Hey there, fabulous humans and fellow furballs! I'm Turtle, the tiniest tornado of fuzz and mischief you'll ever meet. Picture this: a pocket-sized adventurer with a heart full of courage and a belly full of treats—I'm basically a pint-sized superhero in a fur coat!
I live life at turbo speed, whether I'm zooming around the house like a fur-covered rocket or engaging in epic play battles with my feline and human pals. Size doesn't matter when you've got a spirit as large as mine, trust me!
Now, let's talk about my impeccable social skills. I may start off with a little tough guy act when meeting new cats or dogs, but deep down, I'm just a fluffy ball of friendliness. It's like I've got my own tiny bodyguard squad. Once I'm convinced they're cool, we'll be tearing up the play zone together in no time.
Speaking of play, it's my favorite thing in the whole wide world. Feather toys, laser pointers, crinkly paper—I'm a connoisseur of fun. And don't even get me started on those elusive photos. I'm like a furry ninja, always one step ahead of the paparazzi. Good luck catching me on camera—I've got moves that would make even the stealthiest of spies jealous.
Now, let's talk ideal living situation. I'm not high maintenance, but I do demand a constant entourage. Whether it's humans or fellow four-legged buddies, I thrive in a bustling social scene. Slow introductions are cool—I like to keep the suspense alive.
So, if you're ready for a pint-sized powerhouse of hilarity, look no further. I'm Turtle, the nutty boofhead with a heart as big as my boundless energy. Let the adventure begin! 🐾✨

WORLDWIDE CAT VACCINE SHORTAGE
There is currently a worldwide shortage of cat vaccines and supplies are unlikely to be replenished until early 2024. This is due to complicated supply problems post-COVID. Our vets have limited, and in some cases no supplies available, but are prioritising kittens and previously unvaccinated Cats wherever possible.
Kittens are at the highest risk as their level of protection is very low after the initial protection provided by the mother’s antibodies. While protection will wane a little over time, a delay up to three months is unlikely to result in a significant reduction in levels of protection. It is anticipated that clinics should have regular supplies early in the new year to bring your cat back up to date.
First Vaccination completed
We will try to provide at least 1 vaccination, depending on our supplies of vaccines available, however boosters may become overdue. In this case it is your responsibility to contact your vet as soon as supplies become available. We will not be re-imbursing any of this costs.
We require all cats and kittens to be indoors only and not allowed outside. This is especially important now as there is a risk of coming into contact with unknown cats who may not be vaccinated.
No Vaccination completed
Where we are unable to provide any vaccination during their time in care with us, please contact us on 0459779888 or via email to samantha@neko.org.au, and we will arrange for one vaccination to be done at one of our partnering clinics as soon as supplies are available. Boosters after this will be your responsibility.
Please note that should you choose to utilise your own clinic, we will not be re-imbursing any costs. This is your responsibility.
