No that isn't a shooting star racing by your feet, it's Comet!

This little guy is a bubbly little boy looking for a nice, loving home.

Comet came into SAFE's care alongside his other four siblings. He's been well socialised with other dogs both older and larger than him. He is also getting used to being around other animals.

Comet is very well mannered, he already knows how to sit and will do so before being fed. He's also doing well with toilet training. In order to really thrive, Comet will need to keep up his training as he grows.

This bright little star is playful and loving in equal measures. Comet loves running around just as much as he loves an afternoon nap or cuddling alongside his favourite people.

If you have space in your home for a loving, active friend, don't let Comet pass you by.

Want to know more about how you teach a pup to be a great dog? I'd like to do training every day so that I learn the commands of sit, stay, come, down, no, stop and leave it. And once I've learnt them, I need to keep practicing them every day too. That way I'll learn to obey what you tell me to do. Being consistent and clear with your boundaries will mean I always know the right way to behave. Getting out to exercise at least once a day (and twice for working dog breeds) is vital to stimulate my brain and body. It creates important opportunities for me to meet strangers, other dogs and other animals, plus it tires me out! Tell me ""no"" if I'm chewing something I shouldn't and give me a chew toy instead. I'd love to have a range of chew toys that you can swap around so I don't get bored with them.
