About Lola
Lovely lovable Lola is looking for her forever home.
At two and a half years old, Lola found herself in the pound, pregnant and not sure what was going on. After having a litter of 13 puppies, who have all moved on, it was time for Lola to start looking for a home of her own.
Lola arrived in foster care with some good basic training and a whole lot of love to give. Very affectionate and playful she loves people and is happy to spend her days playing chased with her foster brother or snoozing on her bed.
One of the sweetest dogs you could have the privilege of knowing, Lola listens well, is non destructive and sleeps through the night in her crate. Being very food motivated had made training Lola a breeze and while she would love a home with her humans around a lot, she is happy to spend time in her crate when you do go out.
Lola would love a home with another dog that she can play with but would prefer if they were submissive. She may be happy without a doggy friend if you are home a lot. Secure fencing is a must to keep this big beautiful girl contained. Dog savvy older children may be ok. No pocket pets or poultry please.
Lola is a big girl and does pull when she walks, we have been working on using a halti while walking to help with this.
