About Ripley
Ripley is an utterly beautiful cat, both inside and out. She is friendly, patient and calm and is great around kids. She's pretty lazy - she likes nothing better than to have a snooze, but she'll run over to you to get a pat or when it's food time. She loves to be picked up and given a cuddle and a pat.
She's a big floof. We think she looks a bit like a Pallas Cat with her long tabby hair and her white front.
She is only about 4 years old, but the people feeding the colony she came from said she's already had about 4 litters of kittens and she is already a grandmother. She did a great job with the litter of 4 kittens she came in with who have now all found their forever homes. She has now been desexed, so she can have a well deserved rest from raising kittens.
She is fine with other cats, and is OK with some dogs. She seems to prefer really big dogs to the small ones.
Please don't overlook the beautiful mums. They need a forever home too. Ripley has well and truly earned it.

Adoption details
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. An Adoption enquiry should be made via
https://form.jotform.com/shellys.place.rescue/adoption-enquiry
2. Once your application has been received, one of our volunteers will contact you for a phone interview. This is to determine whether one of our cats or kittens will be a good fit for your home. We all want long-term success in placing rescue animals, so finding the best fit for the animal AND the family is very important.
3. 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place if the application is approved.
4. A property check will take place via a video. Once this has been successfully completed, adoption paperwork finalised and the adoption donation processed, the pet can be collected from foster care.
5. A 14 day settling-in period commences once the animal has been collected from foster care.
6. Adoption is finalised after 14 days. Paperwork/records will be included in an adoption pack.
7. All animals will be rehomed desexed, 1st vaccinated, microchipped and treated monthly for fleas and intestinal worms. Once the adoption is finalised, the new owners are responsible for all vaccinations and preventative treatments.
As we are run entirely of volunteers we endeavour to respond to your enquiry as soon as we can. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to hold any animals. Please only apply if you are ready to adopt now.
