About Tilly - 10 Month Old Maltese X (Trial)
She is the epitome of cuteness teamed with a playful and affectionate personality, meet Tilly, a 10-month-old Maltese X.
Tilly has been a delightful addition to our foster home and now it’s her turn to find her well-deserved, fur-ever family. She is small but robust and is always up for a rumble then a snuggle or two. Whilst in care, Tilly has confidently enjoyed romping around the yard and the playroom with her 2y/o large breed foster sibling. Tilly finds the company of humans equally as fulfilling. She has been particularly fond of our 3y/o mini human and the various visitors that come in and out of our bustling home.
When we are home, Tilly has the freedom of inside or outside play, she has a fear of missing out on the fun. Afterwards, she delights in a snooze under the lounge where it’s cool and quiet. Tilly has been learning to toilet outside but is still experiencing some accidents, we are continuing to work on this with her. Tilly is known to be rather intimidated by men, displayed by excessive barking and pacing, she soon settles with some extra reassurance from her trusted humans.
Tilly doesn’t appear to be troubled by cats or other dogs but will need time and space to adjust.
Tilly has shown us that she can walk on a lead, sit, and stay. Tilly would relish in a home with another dog to play with, children and/ or someone to snuggle with regularly. Tilly has magic Houdini escape skills, so a thoroughly secured yard will be imperative. Tilly is an inside dog and needs to be allowed inside, at least when her people are home, and would appreciate sleeping inside the home.
Tilly has a low shedding coat which needs regular brushing, and professional clipping every 4 to 6 weeks to keep her comfortable and healthy.
Tilly is in foster care in Singleton, NSW. She is available for adoption interstate. Her adoption fee is $800. Tilly is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, and microchipped.
