About Wylie (59595)
Meet Wylie, a delightful 1-year-old Rottweiler mix brimming with affection and a wagging tail eager to make new friends. This handsome, large desexed male has transformed during his time with us and is now ready for his forever home. Wylie, initially unfamiliar with personal boundaries, quickly grasped positive reinforcement training, learning that all paws on the floor bring tasty rewards and is learning to walk nicely on leash.
Wylie's exuberance extends to his social life. Though he may need initial guidance with off-leash play, he is a social and happy boy, with a playful spirit seeking friends for shared adventures. He's looking for a family that appreciates his zest for life and is committed to continuing his positive reinforcement training, ensuring he becomes an even more well-mannered companion.
The shelter team recommends a home with clear rules and boundaries to provide Wylie with the love and guidance he needs to reach his full potential. He may be suited to living with children older than 12yo and has no known history with cats. If you're ready to welcome a loyal and affectionate friend into your home, consider making Wylie a part of your family. He's a social, happy-go-lucky guy waiting for the right family to share his love. Come meet Wylie today and discover the joy of adding this charming Rottweiler mix to your life!
