About Lily
Cue the trumpets, because Lily is here to steal the show! Lily is a delightful 6-month-old Jack Russell Terrier whose spunky personality is as lively as her adorable wagging tail. With her vivacious spirit and warm heart, this young lady is ready to immerse herself in all the love a new family can offer.
Lily is quite an outgoing pup and has a beautifully friendly nature. She loves her human friends and can't wait to greet you with a jump and a wag, showing that she’s excited to have your attention. However, she does need some help with basic training, particularly with pulling on the lead and managing her enthusiasm when it comes to her adorably exuberant greetings.
This sweet girl seems to be friendly with other animals, never skipping an opportunity to showcase her sociability. Although she was found barking at cats during her initial days at the shelter, this seems to be more out of curiosity and high spirits than animosity.
Like many young dogs, Lily can use her voice to demand a little extra attention -- but who could resist those adorable eyes pleading for an extra scratch behind the ears?
Perfect for families with time to devote to her learning and exploration, Lily's happy disposition and enthusiastic spirit lend themselves to a fun, active environment. Give her guidance, consistency, and an abundance of affection, and in return, Lily will provide a wellspring of joy.
If you're looking for a lively, loving, and loyal companion who will celebrate life's every adventure by your side, then allow Lily to dance her way into your heart. The stage is set and ready for our starlet to find her family. Will the lead role be yours?

Adoption details
Our adoption process is easy. You will receive a application for the animals you are interested in. Please full that in and send it back to us.
Even though you may be first to message, this does not always guarantee you will be chosen to adopt. By no means do we run on a "first in, first served basis". We aim to ensure that our animals are adopted into the most suitable home for them and the new family.
With all our animals, we go on what our vet has told us and what we believe the breed and age to be. We never guarantee the breed or age but take the best educated guess.
Please note: Our shelter is located in the Snowy Mountains. We are a 5 hour drive from Sydney and Melbourne and 2 to 3 hours from Canberra.
