About Toby
Little Toby is an affectionate and adventurous male Kelpie mix puppy.
Toby loves to race around the yard playing chase with the big dogs and will even join in with their rough and tumble play. He loves going on adventures with his humans during the day and spending his evenings sneaking cuddles.
As Toby is an intelligent working breed, he has already learned sit and to come when called. He is working on learning his loose leash walking and is picking this up quickly. Toby is crate trained and sleeps in there quietly until morning. He is toilet trained, although still being a puppy he will need continued reinforcement in his new home.
As you may have noticed, Toby only has the one eye due to an accident in his earlier life. This doesn’t bother him in the slightest or stop him from getting into mischief!
Toby is now ready to find his very own forever home! He will need a family who is committed to continuing with his training and socialisation and will provide him with plenty of mental and physical stimulation. Toby would love having an active doggy sibling to play with, however would also do well in a single dog home if his family were home more often than not.
If Toby sounds like the missing piece to your family, please apply now!
Toby is located in QLD.
Adoption details
To apply to adopt a dog from Dogs4Jobs, you must firstly complete our adoptions application form in full at http://dogs4jobs.com.au/adoption-form/.
You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. We offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
