About Bonbon
Bonbon is a little fire cracker. She’s a Red & Tan little, petite Kelpie girl. And those eyes will make even the toughest person melt. But don’t let her size fool you, she is a high drive pup who needs a home that has experience with the breed and their needs.
Bonbon is very responsive to food and had mastered the two basic commands, sit & drop, in her first lesson! She’s very eager to learn and impress her humans. Bonbon is crate trained and sleeps right through the night like a champ.
Bonbon would suit a home where she isn’t the only doggo. She has shown her foster home parents that she needs to be stimulated all day long, otherwise you may come home to a plant/clothes/toy graveyard. So having another resident doggo to keep her company would be essential. Bonbon would benefit from a home who can provide mental stimulation such as dog sports/agility training. Of course a daily walk/run would be essential for this working class breed as well.
Bonbon has been in foster care with her brother and another older resident dog. Her foster home also has two school aged children who keep her busy every day too.
Bonbon hasn’t had any exposure with cats however has been exposed to other dogs and is quite calm with them.
If Bonbon sounds like the girl for you, please send in an applcation today!
Bonbon is located in SA.
Adoption details
To apply to adopt a dog from Dogs4Jobs, you must firstly complete our adoptions application form in full at http://dogs4jobs.com.au/adoption-form/.
You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. We offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
