About Blitzen
Hi, my name is Blitzen! I’m a sweet and snuggly black and tan kelpie boy! I have extra long ears and extra big feet, so I’m going to be quite tall!
I love food and chasing my foster resident dog at the beach. I sleep through the night in my crate without making a noise.
I would be suitable for a family with another dog or to be an only dog as long as my new family could commit to continuing with my training by ensuring I get enough stimulation and am exercised daily. I love my foster humans who have school aged children and an older resident dog. I haven’t been exposed to cats yet. I've had exposure with other dogs on our beach walks, but I don’t really notice them because I’m too busy watching my resident dog’s every move!
If It sounds like we could be best friends, please send in an application today!
Blitzen is located in SA.
Adoption details
To apply to adopt a dog from Dogs4Jobs, you must firstly complete our adoptions application form in full at http://dogs4jobs.com.au/adoption-form/.
You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. We offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
