About Betty & Neave
These feathered friends are very social. Both chickens have been lovingly hand-fed by youngsters, making them accustomed to human interaction. Not only are they great with kids, but they also share a special bond with each other.
Betty, with her adventurous spirit, will attempt to perch on your shoulder, adding a whimsical touch to your day. Neave, the talkative one, loves to chat away and will follow you around the coop, making her presence known.
Their typical day involves cozy nights in the coop, followed by days of exploring a penned area, scratching in the dirt, and indulging in their favourite treats. These two charming chickens are a delightful addition to any family.
Adoption details
When enquiring about a pet listed with Home2Home, your enquiry goes directly to the pet’s owner - the person who knows them best!
It’s a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the pet, including its likes and dislikes, needs, and how it may fit into your lifestyle and family.
From here, the owner will be in touch with you to chat a bit more about their pet, and if they feel your home is the best fit, they will arrange a ‘meet and greet’ for you all to get to know each other.
Should this prove successful, arrangements will be made for the pet to move straight from its current home into yours upon payment of the adoption fee.
The adoption fee is paid directly to PetRescue (via a secure payment link), and assists us to continue to run and develop programs to assist pet owners, just like Home2Home.
Change of Ownership paperwork will be completed, vetwork history will be provided and your new family member will be snuggled on your couch in no time!
