Johnny

Johnny is a sweet and affectionate two year old mini Dachshund who wants nothing more than to be on your lap receiving pats. Johnny is quite timid and not too fond of strangers but with a bit of time and affection and once he knows you only want to show him kindness he will be following you around the house and nudging your hand for more pats. 

Johnny likes to spend most of his time lying on you or sitting next to you. He likes to run laps around the house/backyard when he’s really happy and is starting to enjoy going for walks.

Johnny loves the company of his dog foster sibling. He will snuggle up to him and wag his tail non stop when they play. Although Johnny can be quite shy his most confident moments have been with another little dog friend by his side.

Johnny is still learning that we only want to show him love and kindness and just needs a bit of time to become the confident and carefree boy he can be.
