Hi there! 👋
My name is Tilly, I'm a 2-year-old deaf border collie who suffers with Addisons disease. I'm looking for a foster-with-a-view-to-adopt home with rescue support for 1 year, as I will need life-long medication and bloods. 🐕
I'm learning visual and touch commands to help me communicate with my foster family. I'm a clever girl and learn quickly.
I'm easy going and need a quiet home filled with lots of love. I will melt your heart with my puppy dog eyes.
I am looking for a home where I can relax & soak up the sunshine. I am best suited as an inside dog with access to a doggy door.
I enjoy the company of calm dogs who don't want to play all the time. I'm equally happy as an only dog with a cat as company.
I am house trained, love my humans, and once I learn to trust you, will be the best friend you've ever had.
I will need a home that will give me love, attention, socialisation and keep up with my basic training. Due to my breed I will require daily exercise and stimulation. I am really looking for a home that will include me, love me and train me to be the best version of myself.
Put in an application if this sounds like you. Can't wait to meet you!
Love & Licks,
Tilly xoxo ❤🐾
Medical notes
Tilly has Addisons disease. This is now stable with monthly injection of Zycortal and twice daily tablets. I currently need blood tests every second month. This will decrease to 6-monthly down the track. The monthly injection costs $83.60 and the tablets $39.85. This will be covered by our rescue for around 12-months to ensure Tilly is on the correct dosage to maintain her current good health.
