Meet Ruby

Ruby might be one of the biggest rabbits we have ever had at a whopping 4kg! Don't worry though she is also one of the sweetest. Ruby came to the shelter when her previous owner could no longer keep her. She has settled in very fast and is now ready for her new forever home.

Ruby loves company, she will follow you around and headbutt you for pats. She may not like being picked up but will happily settle in a lap or next to you for her cuddles. Like any young kid Ruby is full of curiosity for the world around her, she will investigate everything and turn everything into an adventure. Her favourite pass times at the shelter have been birdwatching and greeting all her neighbours. Ruby is litter trained, although this can take some retraining in a new home, we think she would make a wonderful indoor rabbit who is part of the family just like a cat or small dog.
