About Poppy
Poppy is a sweet, playful and snuggly young Kelpie. She needs an energetic home with working breed experience, as she has all the traits of her breed. A large sized yard and people with the time and willingness to teach Poppy all about the world and the skills she will need is essential. She can be fearful of other dogs but may be suitable for a home with an easygoing dog of similar breed who will be tolerant of an excitable young puppy! (pending a successful meeting). No cats or small animals though! If you have room in your home and your heart for this lovely girl you can meet her at our Pearcedale shelter.
Adoption details
You no longer need to submit an online application to adopt a dog, puppy, cat, kitten or small animal.
Walk-ins are welcome at our Burwood East and Peninsula locations:
Burwood: Opening hours: 10am – 4pm
Peninsula: Opening hours: 10am – 4pm
For our Warrnambool and Wangaratta locations, please call the RSPCA shelters to book an appointment to meet our available animals:
