About Kahuna - Located in Kew
Hey, cool cats and groovy humans! Kahuna in the house, reporting for cuddle duty! 🌟
First things first, let me tell you – I'm basically the James Bond of the kitten world. Handsome, suave, and always ready for some action-packed adventures! I'm not your average kitty; I'm the ultimate all-rounder, the MVP of mischief, and the king of the catwalk.
When it comes to exploring, I'm basically a feline Indiana Jones. No nook or cranny is safe from my curious whiskers and wiggly tail. I'm on a mission to uncover all the secrets of the world – or at least the secrets hidden behind the couch.
Now, let's talk about my cardio game. I've got the energy of a thousand suns! Zooming around, chasing imaginary foes, and pulling off acrobatic stunts – that's just another day in the life of Kahuna. But, and here's the kicker, when the sun sets and the day is done, I'm all about that chill life. Give me a cozy spot, my favorite humans, or even my foster siblings, and I'm ready to power down for a sweet catnap.
Oh, and did I mention my dedication as a big brother? Yep, I've been mentoring the younger ones in the fine art of kittenhood. It's like having your very own superhero training academy.
Now, about roommates – I'm a laid-back dude. Another playful cat? Bring it on! A gentle dog? Sure thing, as long as we have a slow-mo introduction – gotta make sure we're all on the same paw-some page.
So, if you're looking for a dashingly handsome, wildly adventurous, and slightly goofy sidekick, look no further. Kahuna's the name, and making your life more fabulously feline is my game! Ready for the best catventure of your life? Let's do this! 🐾

WORLDWIDE CAT VACCINE SHORTAGE
There is currently a worldwide shortage of cat vaccines and supplies are unlikely to be replenished until early 2024. This is due to complicated supply problems post-COVID. Our vets have limited, and in some cases no supplies available, but are prioritising kittens and previously unvaccinated Cats wherever possible.
Kittens are at the highest risk as their level of protection is very low after the initial protection provided by the mother’s antibodies. While protection will wane a little over time, a delay up to three months is unlikely to result in a significant reduction in levels of protection. It is anticipated that clinics should have regular supplies early in the new year to bring your cat back up to date.
First Vaccination completed
We will try to provide at least 1 vaccination, depending on our supplies of vaccines available, however boosters may become overdue. In this case it is your responsibility to contact your vet as soon as supplies become available. We will not be re-imbursing any of this costs.
We require all cats and kittens to be indoors only and not allowed outside. This is especially important now as there is a risk of coming into contact with unknown cats who may not be vaccinated.
No Vaccination completed
Where we are unable to provide any vaccination during their time in care with us, please contact us on 0459779888 or via email to samantha@neko.org.au, and we will arrange for one vaccination to be done at one of our partnering clinics as soon as supplies are available. Boosters after this will be your responsibility.
Please note that should you choose to utilise your own clinic, we will not be re-imbursing any costs. This is your responsibility.
