About Nora
Introducing sweet Nora, a shy but lovely feline who has been learning to come out of her shell. We've watched her blossom from a timid kitten hiding amongst her companions, into a delightful cat with a charming personality. If you're patient, you'll get to see this beautiful transformation for yourself.
Nora has grown up in rescue having arrived as a young kitten. She is one of the long term cats at CCAR who has endeared herself to all the volunteers proving her value as a companion who is only fun to be around, and but also earnestly devoted. She enjoys accompanying her humans around, their presence giving her comfort. Known for her sweet and cheeky antics, she's always ready to lend a paw when you're busy or to chat too while you work. Her expressive nature shines through when she's craving affection, unafraid to be persistent in her desire for scratches and attention. Her favourite type of pampering includes a gentle brush through her beautiful coat and firm scratches on her lower back.
There's no one quite like Nora, and taking the time to get to know her will surely be rewarded. Given space and patience to build trust, Nora is sure to return all the love she's given tenfold. Soon enough, you'll find yourself at the center of her world, her trust in you manifested through her love and devotion.
The beauty of Nora lies not just in her pretty features, but also in her blossoming personality. Though she may not be a young kitten anymore, she's still exploring the world in her own time, with an adorable curiosity. Despite her shyness, she genuinely desires companionship and a caring home. Don't overlook her, for Nora is one cat who deserves all the love she's bound to give back to you.

Adoption details
If you would like to adopt a country pet there are a few requirements.
A chat with the foster carer is the first step to determine if the pet is the right one for you and your lifrstyle. A yard check while having a meet and greet is the next step and if all is satisfactory for all parties the adoption can go ahead.
The perfect home for each individual pet is essential, and the decision about which new home the pet goes to is made by the foster carer.
