Bluey is a lovely example of a blue dog. His foster carer almost made the decision to keep him a number of times, but realised he has a few cattle dog traits that aren't suitable for them long term. In saying that they have had no issues with him, but as with all of their dogs, he's well managed and supervised when first meeting visitors as he can be a little cautious.

If this blue guy had his way he'd be chasing balls and taking out rats all day, and he is GOOD at the latter. He's a busy dog and would excel at scent work. He is great with the livestock here and has excellent recall. We would love to see him go to a property where he can use some of his natural athleticism.

He is a typical heeler and never goes far in front without coming back to check in.
Bluey does love to be loved, and told he's a handsome and lovely boy, he has a great appetite and is a very easy dog for someone with breed experience.

Bluey is $350 to adopt and comes desexed, microchipped, C5 vaccinated, heartworm tested (negative) and given flea/tick/worm prevention.
