As mentioned earlier, I am a sociable and easygoing girl who does well with strangers of both the human and canine variety. I am a well mannered dog, who greets children, adults, and other dogs politely. At home I am unafraid of loud noises, the vacuum cleaner, and cars, but can be prone to barking at cyclists lol. I am pretty chilled type of gal
Whilst I know some basic commands like “Sit!” I would benefit from more in depth training. I am well behaved around the house and rarely jumpy. I know to sleep on my bed at night and guess what ?? I come toilet trained too !
I love hanging out following you from room to room as you go about your chores. I can be a little cheeky and steal the odd thing to chew like maybe the odd shoe left lying around, but hey you left it lying around .
I am eager to make new canine friends and enjoy greeting other dogs in the street. I have been to a dog park and I like to run around playing chase. I am submissive but if someone is nasty and aggressive to me I can stick up for myself too I like slow introductions to make sure dogs I meet are friendly, I don’t like dogs that don’t have manners. I haven’t been exposed to cats or other pocket pets

Bathing / Hygiene / Sleep / Toilet training:
Whilst I am not the kind of dog that enjoys baths, I have been known to roll in smelly substances that mean I occasionally require a good scrub. My coat is short, super soft and easy to care for. I do shed a little, thus would benefit from regular brushing/grooming. Currently my teeth are in good condition, because I recently had a dental but this should be monitored closely to prevent plaque and tartar build up.
I would love to sleep on your bed but easily directed to my bed where I’ll sleep all night.
During my walks I enjoy stopping frequently to sniff and meet other people and dogs. I don’t have the most reliable recall, especially when distracted by other dogs and interesting smells, so it is best to walk me on lead, but I have been allowed to run around when in a designated dog park area. If you are short on time, it is a good idea to bring along a tennis ball, which I can chase, as this will tire me out quickly too. Provided I get my daily exercise I am quite a calm dog inside the home, who is content to sleep the day away.

Home in a perfect world: / Adoption criteria
Like most dogs, my perfect home would entail living with a family who allows me inside when they are home. I would be happy to share my home with another male dog of similar size who is keen to play and defiantly a “ Nice boy who isn't a grump as Im a sweet girl
Whilst I am quite gentle around people, I am better suited to a household with older children / adults. Through my encounters with young children I have demonstrated that I am capable of being gentle.
No apartment or small yards will be considered
