About Baker
*In foster care in Newtown, Sydney*
A gorgeous little charcoal black kitten, Baker is an Olympic-class cuddler who loves to be held like a baby while he falls asleep! Sometimes he seems to think he's actually a scarf and not a cat, nodding off on your neck and snuggling in for ages :)
This precious boy has a playful side, too - a big one! And we think he'd be very happy in a home with a single person, couple or family, with or without another cat or two to keep him company during the day.
Like all Maggie's pets, Baker is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: ... will be with people who'll shower me with attention, affection, toys and interactive playtime!
MY ENERGY LEVEL: High! My favourite activities include running around and exploring, wrestling with my toys, and jumping from lounge to bookcase to chair and back again. But when it’s nap time and you hold me close, my purr motor starts and I'm asleep in minutes!
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: I expect I'd do well with cat-savvy kids aged 8+! My dream is that they'll play with me to my heart's content, then hold me like a baby so I can fall asleep in their arms :)
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I love to play with my sister and I'm definitely curious about my foster Aunty's cats! I think I might be fine with a quieter kitty who doesn't mind me hogging most of the limelight.
I haven't met any dogs in my short life so far.

Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
