Freddie Mercury

A super-cool cat with mad acrobatic skills, Freddie is full of beans! She loves to play chase and even chases her own tail, and she recharges with short power naps throughout the day.

Freddie can take her time to warm up to you, but when she does she likes to greet you with some quiet purring and a gentle paw to say hello. She doesn't like to be picked up but will approach for interactive playtime, and she'll sit next to you if you're calm and not too obviously eager!

A keen explorer, she enjoys the challenge of finding every nook and cupboard to hide in, keeping you on your toes and entertaining you with her back flips and hilarious antics :)

Like all Maggie's pets, Freddie Mercury is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: ... would be with my sister Alice Cooper (https://www.petrescue.com.au/listings/1008125) or another high-energy cat or kitten, and people who'll have time to play with me. I will get up to mischief if I'm left alone for too long, so somebody who works from home or part time would be wonderful!

I don't like to be picked up and carried around, but if your vibe is calm and you let me get used to you, I'll quickly progress to sitting on your knee and snoozing - I might even let you give me a short belly rub! I do still nip to let you know that's enough but I'm learning to use gentle paws.

Because of my delicate features you'll need to keep me out of the sun, so my new home will need to either be indoor-only or have a shady enclosure.

MY ENERGY LEVEL: Turbo! I love to chase, jump, climb and play. I'll definitely keep you giggling with my rad flips, parkour and side walk :)

MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: I'm still getting used to kids and would be best suited to a household with either no children, or children aged 5+.

MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I adore my littermate Alice and give all my time and affection to her, so I'll definitely need another energetic cat to play with!

I've had one interaction with a dog, which wasn't my favourite moment of all time, so I'm looking for a pooch-free forever home, please.
