Goofy

Goofy is a shy sensitive boy who needs some time to get to know and trust new people. Once he is comfortable, he is affectionate and loves a cuddle. He would love a home where he is allowed indoors and treated as part of the family. Goofy would also love a safe space of his own indoors eg a bed or crate, where he can go when feeling overwhelmed. Close handling can sometimes worry him so would recommend looking into finding a 'fear free' vet for any future vet visits.
Goofy is best suited to an adult only home or one with calm older teens. He would like to meet the whole family at time of adoption. If he is to live with another dog, he is best suited to a calm social female, they will also need to meet at time of adoption. He can be quite worried by pushy or reactive dogs and is not suited to visiting dog parks or off leash areas.
