About Zelda 11094
Are you ready to embark on a whimsical adventure with a feline friend who embodies both playfulness and tranquillity? Look no further than Zelda! This delightful kitty is on a quest to find her forever home, and she's eagerly awaiting to meet a family that appreciates her unique charm.
Zelda is a true gem with a comfortable nature that perfectly balances playfulness and easy-going vibes. She's a social butterfly, ready to charm her way into the hearts of all family members, regardless of age. Whether you reside in a bustling household filled with laughter or enjoy the peace and quiet of a serene environment, Zelda seamlessly adapts to any setting.
Curious about Zelda's interactions with other feline companions? Well, she's passed the "cat compatibility" test with flying colours! Zelda has been introduced to other cats and appears to be quite amiable. While she's open to new friendships, we recommend a slow introduction process for existing cat residents.
As for dogs, that's a mystery yet to be unravelled. Zelda's potential to coexist with our canine friends is up to the discretion of her new owner.
Zelda is a playful spirit who enjoys frolicking around, though she hasn't quite discovered the thrill of toys. She will happily bunt you, cuddle up to you, and will even hug your arm & pull you closer.
However, she has a discerning palate and declares her love for Dine wet food, insisting it be served on a plate with the regality she deserves.
Though she had a few initial hiccups in navigating her litter tray, Zelda now confidently uses it with grace. New owners may expect a few accidents in the first days as she settles in. A large & covered litter tray may assist Zelda with this.
This charming feline doesn't mind being picked up and absolutely adores gentle pats all over, especially around her face, where she'll reward you with a symphony of purrs and "making biscuits."
Zelda isn't much of a chatterbox, but she communicates with the utmost charm. Sometimes she may use her mouth to hold or interact with you—rest assured, it's all in good spirits, as she doesn't bite.
Post-Adoption Life: With all animals it’s important to understand that going into a new environment with new people may not be as seamless as we want it to be. It’s important to know that these animals have unknown histories - most are left in the shelter by their owners. The information we have is from observing the animal’s behaviours & reactions to certain stimuli whilst in our care. Adopted animals can take up to 3 months to properly decompress from post-shelter life & a lot of behaviours & quirks may surface during this time. All that we ask is that their new owners have an open mind & are patient.
Adoption details
Please remember that the pets we have available sometimes come to us with no history, so we do our very best to get to know them while they are here and to match them to your home. Sometimes animals behave differently outside of the shelter environment, so please do keep in touch after adoption so that we can help you settle your new family member in and address any unexpected behaviours.
