Hi, I’m Phoenix!

I’m a five-year-old greyhound with black and white spots; people often joke that I look like a very tall, pointy Dalmatian!

I’m a sensitive boy who really loves my humans. My favourite thing in the world is gentle affection. I’ll lean against you or give you a soft nudge to let you know I’d love some pats. Because I’m a bit of a soft soul, I prefer calm, predictable interactions and a quiet home where I can truly relax. I’d do best living with adults or older children who understand my gentle nature.

I’m very polite when I meet other dogs, but I’m not too fussed about hanging out with them. I’d rather have my people all to myself!

I love going out exploring. Walks and adventures with my favourite humans make me so happy, and I’m always curious about what’s around the next corner.

Because of my light, thin coat, I have to be careful in the sun; short sunbathing sessions only, please, and a bit of sunscreen when it’s bright out.

To make sure everyone is happy, we match each hound with the right family, and we provide lots of support along the way!

All hounds are desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea and worm (including heartworm) treated. The adoption fee includes our Adopter Kit containing a martingale collar, leash, muzzle and useful information to help you get your new hound settled in.
