About Olaf
Let me introduce you to the amazing Olaf! He's a 7-month-old Bull Terrier x Cattle Dog with an energetic and playful personality and the cutest stumpy tail that will definitely win you over. Olaf is young and tends to be distracted easily by exciting sights and smells, but he is quick to show his love for the people in his life.
As he matures, Olaf will benefit from a bit of lead and basic training to harness his vibrant energy. His attention might be easily distracted but entice him with his favourite treats and he'll promptly come running. He especially loves jumping up for pats unless asked to sit, which he does most of the time.
Despite his youthful exuberance, Olaf shows an incredible amount of love and affection for people and is very friendly. He is generally good with cats, which is a remarkable trait for a dog his age.
Olaf is outgoing in nature and shows exceptional promise as a family pet with adequate training. His abundant energy and enthusiasm need to be channeled, making him well-suited for a setting with lots of opportunities for stimulating walks or playtime.
It's recommended he is monitored when first introduced to new dog friends until he learns his manners. Even though he gets on with some doggy friends, he is best off in an only dog home as he would much prefer all of the attention be on him.
In summary, if you're looking for an energetic, playful, and loving companion who responds well with training, Olaf may be a wonderful addition to your family. He's just waiting for the opportunity to share his love, loyalty, and enthusiasm with his new family.

Adoption details
Our adoption process is easy. You will receive a application for the animals you are interested in. Please full that in and send it back to us.
Even though you may be first to message, this does not always guarantee you will be chosen to adopt. By no means do we run on a "first in, first served basis". We aim to ensure that our animals are adopted into the most suitable home for them and the new family.
With all our animals, we go on what our vet has told us and what we believe the breed and age to be. We never guarantee the breed or age but take the best educated guess.
Please note: Our shelter is located in the Snowy Mountains. We are a 5 hour drive from Sydney and Melbourne and 2 to 3 hours from Canberra.
