About Puppis
Puppis is the sweetest, cuddliest boy you’ll ever meet! He loves to snuggle his foster parents.
Puppis is currently in foster care with one of his siblings, 3 adult dogs and 2 cats and he loves all of them! For a kelpie he is surprisingly disinterested in the cats!
Puppis is a very independent pup and we think he would adapt to any kind of home! He can be a bit wary of new people but he warms up very quickly.
Puppis also loves to chew so would love plenty of bones and teething toys to chew on.
Puppis has been practicing his sit when he has his dinner and is doing very well. Puppis is also crate trained and can almost make it through the night without an accident! Puppis is also great at riding in the car.
Adoption details
Our adoption process consists of:
- An adoption application questionnaire that will be emailed upon an enquiry if we deem your enquiry is suitable for that particular animal. Please read the description of our animals before making an enquiry.
- A meet and greet to ensure yourself and any existing animals are suitable for your chosen furry friend
- A house check to ensure your property is suitable. This my include physically coming to your house, a video call or photos.
- An adoption agreement to sign upon being approved for adoption. This includes a two week trial period to allow your new pet to settle into their new home.
- Please note we are purely volunteer run so sometimes it may take up to 7 business days for the team to get back to your enquiry and we will only contact you if we believe your enquiry is suitable.
