About Jetta - 1 Year Old Staffy X (Trial)
Hi! My name is Jetta! .. for now at least. I’m sure I won’t mind a name change, if you choose to pick me? I’m a Staffy cross, apparently cross breeds are the best kind of dogs. Everyone thinks, I’m about one two years old and I’m a medium sized dog weighing in at 16kg.
I love giving cuddles and kisses, being cute is my superpower. However I’m quite timid when it comes to meeting young people, so if you could show me guidance and reassurance, once I know, “I am safe” I’m willing to give anything a go. I also love to run and play fletch, could that’ll be something we can do together?
Newcastle dog rescue save me from the pound when I was one-year-old, - feel so lucky but i didn’t get much training or exposure as a puppy, and I really need my forever family to help me with all of the things I missed out on! I’m unsure how to act around other dogs, I really need someone who can teach me manners and guide me through this, I really want to make some doggy friends. Unfortunately I’ve had little exposure around them and now when I see them all I want to do is “bark”.
I love going for walks, however, I go all over the place but I’m really keen to know how to do that right! I’m ready to learn all about you and for us to become best buddies, even mates. In return I will be as loving and loyal as a dog can be. I know how to take myself outside to go to the bathroom but are still working on basic commands, I do know how to “sit”. I’d love to be a part of your family! If we must be apart for periods of time I’m sure I can tolerate the wait with some appropriate distractions such as my own toys, and even better, a doggie friend that I was talking about.
I'm pretty good with young kids although, I can be timid. If they’re dog savvy we would get along great! If it’s okay with you, if I could be allowed inside when you’re home, especially at night because that’s what I’m used to. Although I love and appreciate my food a lot, it doesn’t define me. I love long walks or simply hanging in the yard, playing fetch. I love going for car rides and hanging my head out the window, (who doesn’t?).
I currently like sleeping with my foster Mum but she has said, when my real Mummy or Daddy comes along. I will need to sleep on my own somewhere in the house. In short, Please adopt me!
