ABOUT AMARA

I am Amara; named after Sailor Uranus. They are constantly seeking new challenges and thrills, just like me! They are fearless in the face of danger and always stand up for what they believe in, ready to fight for what is right, fearless, and courageous; JUST LIKE ME! And we both share a love of racing, yeah that's right; I love racing! I am always challenging my siblings to a race down the hallway, I zip and zoom all over the place. My foster family says that I bring so much life and joy to the home and any family will be so lucky to have me as a member of their family.

I have spent my whole life surrounded by supportive people who love me dearly. After taking my heavily pregnant mumma Audrey to the rescue I along with my 5 siblings arrived very very soon after. Since that moment we have had the best care possible, from our mumma & foster carers who raised us until we were ready to move from mum; to our new foster family who are helping us through our adoption journey. They say that when a kitten is raised in a loving home and never has to know the pain of having a bad start in this world, we are kinder and more caring as we grow because it is all we have ever known. We are definitely the lucky ones and so thankful for our great lives.

Every night when I snuggle into bed with my foster humans, giving them freshly baked biskies, heaps of kisses, and big big purrs; I think about what my life will be like when I finally meet my very own family. I hope that above all else, they love me as much as I will surely love them, that they will be my best friend and lifelong companion, and that they will let me snuggle in bed with them every night.
