About Nina

Meet the sweetheart, Nina!
Nina found her way into our shelter and was a little upset to be here. She started off initially as a very shy girl, but after spending some family time with her foster, she's really come out of her shell. Nina would LOVE her new family to show her the same respect her fosters did by giving her space and time to warm up <3
Her dedicated foster carer had a few things to say about this delightful girl:
Nina is super loving and very affectionate! We have found her to be not excessively noisy but we just love the trills and small meows she does to say hello to us.... and demand a second breakfast!
She was initially shy but soon very playful and loves to play chase. She does like to make use of the scratching pole, too. Nina is quite the explorer and is happy to have a wander around the house. She is not an overly fussy girl when it comes to toys, either - much preferring a scrunched up ball of paper over actual cat toys!
She can be still a little sensitive to loud noises and particularly dogs. She doesn't lash out, but it will send her hiding. A home with no dogs would be best, as well as a home where all children are secondary school aged and older.
Whilst Nina can be quite affectionate, she does prefer all four paws on the floor. She will seek you out for attention or simply keep you company by sitting alongside you.
