Fenris

Hi there! I’m Fenris. And while Norse mythology reports my lupine namesake was giant and fearsome, this really couldn’t be further from the truth for me!

I’m an extremely sweet and sensitive boy. And forget fearsome; I’m the opposite and will mildly spook at noises or fast movement. In fact, sometimes I feel so overwhelmed I freeze.

As such, I’d really like to find a calm and patient family in a quieter home – or at least one with a quiet area just for me. I’m generally ok with children, but this really depends on the circumstances, as a busy household might be a bit too much for me.

As for other dogs, I’m a bit nervous and avoidant with them but will generally tolerate them ok.

Our matchmakers go to greyt lengths to match each hound with the right family to make sure everyone's happy, and you'll become part of a wonderful rescue community with lots of support along the way!

All hounds are desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea and worm treated, and heartworm tested/treated. The adoption fee also includes our New Adopter Kit - collar, leash, muzzle and loads of other goodies to help you get your new hound settled into the family.
