Hello my name is Dusty, and I would describe myself and handsome and chilled, my foster mum would say I am beautiful and a softie. She also describes me as a ‘short walk dog’, my limit is about 20 - 25 minutes and then I just want to lie down and rest. I am pretty good on lead but do like to sniff and do my own thing, so I would benefit from more training here. I really, really, really love food, so I might be prone to over eating, however, at the moment I have a stunning figure even if I say so myself. I love a good cuddle and will hang with you as long as you like. I am not much into toys. I bury my stuffies, and occasionally take my foster mum’s shoes, to keep me company. I don’t chew them, I just like to have one with me, one might even think I am part Labrador. All my foster family go off to work during the day, and I spend this time either hanging out at the fence with the neighbour’s dogs or just sleeping. I don’t jump, except to look over the veranda railings, I don’t dig, except to bury my stuffies and I love going for rides in the car.
Adoption details
First you need to email and inquire about whatever animal you are looking at to find out more information. If you believe this animal may suit you we will discuss the adoption process and go from there. All our animals are located in Townsville, North Queensland. If you are interstate or not a local the Angel Paws team are more than happy to answer as many questions you have about the animal to ensure they are the right one for you. We are also able to provide more pictures from the animals foster carers to assist you on your decision. The rest of the adoption process all depends on those first steps.
