On Hold
About Banjo - 8 Week Old Cattle Dog X (Hold)
My name is Banjo & I’d love to be your new best mate. I might be little now but I have a mighty attitude and am a super confident boy who will follow you around like a shadow.
Being a Cattle Dog mix, I’m going to need you to help me by giving me lots of training and setting boundaries so I can be the best version of myself. Us working dogs have LOTS of energy so my ideal home will be with an active family/person/couple who will take me on adventures to use up my energy & stimulate my brain.
My fluffy black and white coat makes my foster mum think that I may have Border Collie in my mix but all my siblings look like cattle dogs so she’s guessing that’s the majority of my genetic make up.
I currently live in a nice big yard with other dogs both big and small and am welcome inside which will need to continue in my forever home. I am a clever boy who is learning quickly but I’m still a baby so your patience and dedication to my ongoing training is a must.
My foster mum asked me to share the below link so you can read up on my breed to make sure you’re prepared for all that comes with owning a dog of my unique heritage.

I’d love another dog to teach me the ropes at my new home but if my new humans were home more often than not and were willing to be my play mate/mentor that would work too.
Puppies need ongoing training with their toileting, walking, jumping and overall manners so please only apply if you are willing to put in the time to help these guys become the best versions of themselves.
