On Hold
About Perra - 14 Week Old Kelpie (Hold)
Perra is a sweet, affectionate and loveable puppy who will bring so much joy to your life. Her gorgeous face with stunning markings, and fun loving personality are just some of what makes her so special. Perra is in foster care with an array of other dogs and cats.
She loves snuggling on the lounge, playing with her toys, but like all Kelpies is full of energy and loves to run and investigate.
She loves to be around her humans, but loves playing with other dogs so ideally she will need another dog at home to show her the ropes and keep her company. She sleeps through the night in her humans bed with the other dogs.
Perra is very smart and loves learning. She will need someone who has the time to walk her twice a day, everyday and someone who is committed to keeping up her training.
Toilet training is going well.
As she is only young, she is still learning about the world around her and will need her new family to continue exposing her to new situations while reassuring her.
Perra's Summary
⁃ Affectionate and loveable
⁃ Will need ongoing training and socialisation with a commitment to daily exercise
⁃ Would love a doggy friend to play with but also happy to be with the humans
⁃ Will require a secure yard with plenty of room to run and play safely.
Perra is in foster care in Cameron Park, Newcastle, NSW. Perra's adoption fee is $700. As she is not yet desexed, she is only available for adoption to the Lower Hunter region (Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens, Maitland and Cessnock) plus Central Coast and Sydney. She'll need to be returned to one of our approved vets for desexing when she's 5 to 6 months old. She has been treated for worms, vaccinated and microchipped.
