About Charlotte - 2 Year Old Border Collie (Hold)
Introducing Charlotte, our beautiful female Border Collie.
She is an active, high energy dog who loves to play fetch with a ball, prancing around with a big smile. She will bring it back and place it at your feet.
With an incredible blonde coat and a gentle face, she is a showstopper.
She is a big lovebug, wrapping herself across your lap for hugs and kisses. She can be timid when initially meeting new people and new places, but quickly warms up when she knows she is safe.
She loves chasing the water from the hose and we like to believe that means she's a waterdog but have not had the chance so take her to the beach yet!
Charlotte will need somebody with knowledge of Border Collies or working breeds and dedication to ongoing training.
She is intelligent and knows her name, sit, wait and learning paw. We think she would thrive in a home with consistent training and enrichment for new skills.
She is good on the lead but can pull at times, responding well to redirection and positive reinforcement.
She is dog friendly. Charlotte came into care with another male dog and is available to be rehomed with another dog of equal size and energy.
We have not been able to assess Charlotte with cats or small animals yet.
Charlotte’s Overview:
- Inside dog with access to medium sized yard

Charlotte is in care in Newcastle, NSW area. Her adoption fee is $500. She has been treated for fleas and worms, and is desexed and microchipped.
