About Wilbur
Meet WILBUR #3006, the four year old border collie cross. A beautiful, big, gentle soul who is waiting patiently for his forever person so he can love them unconditionally for the rest of his life. He loves his human so much that he really needs someone who can hang out with him most of the time. He would be great for someone who works on the land or could take him to work, or an active retired person who wants a buddy. When he is left at home by himself he will need a secure area to stay in as he will try to come and find his owner. His recall is amazing and nothing or anyone else will be any distraction away from his main human. He would thrive as an only dog, or with an older dog as a companion. Wilbur is fine with other dogs, just not overly interested when his human is around so young playful pups might be too much for him. He does have mild separation anxiety but we believe with regular exercise, boundaries and a strong sense of security this will quickly disappear. Wilbur has been fostered on a farm and is no problem at all around horses, cattle, sheep, chickens and the family cat. Wilbur has so much love to give and he needs a forever home so he can be comfortable and confident like he deserves. He really is the best behaved boy and would make someone a fantastic companion. Wilbur is desexed chipped, vaccinated, worm/flea treated and vet checked.
