Say hello to our wonderful Snickers!

This darling man ended up in our care through no fault of his own and after spending some time with us he is ready for a forever family he can call his own.

Snickers is a high-energy young man who can be a little bit uncomfortable around being overhandled. This means he is looking for a home with dog-savvy secondary school-aged children or older. Please make sure any children in the home attend the meet and greet.

Snickers has let us here at the shelter know that he also wouldn't mind sharing his new home with another like-minded canine companion depending on how they go on a meet and greet here at the shelter, so make sure you bring them along!

Being a young kelpie Snickers would benefit from some force-free training in his new home and would love for his new family to be able to help him learn some new skills. He would also love for his new home to have plenty of enrichment items for him like licki-mats and kongs to help his mind keep active too!
