Ruby Lee is a social girl who thrives with her people. Ruby Lee enjoys a cuddle or pat or interacting with her humans by playing games such as chasing the ball
Ruby Lee is a typical young pup being jumpy and mouthy at times so will need some training around this excited puppy behavior. We have been practicing keeping those four paws on the floor by working on sitting for pats or treats.
As any pup, she is still learning so ongoing training is important to get the best out of this beautiful princess. Put in the hard yards in the first year and you will have an amazing dog. Ruby Lee walks well on the lead unless there is a bit of excitement then she may pull a little. She can get excited seeing people on the street, little miss social butterfly
Ruby Lee is a playful girl and seeks out dogs for a good chase. She is showing good social skills and is polite when meeting other dogs, just does a play bow saying hey let’s have some fun. Ruby Lee has not been tested with cats or other pocket pet
Ruby Lee spends quite a large amount of time outside and will keep herself entertained if she has a good variety of toys and chew treats. She is a girl who is active and needs stimulation so would thrive with the company of another dog. She may whine if you are home and she is outside but does settle
Ruby would love a large yard where she can sniff and explore
Ruby is fed dry food twice a day. She is focused which is great for training. She takes treats reasonably gently. She enjoys chews of cow-hooves and large bones, kongs with treats
Ruby- Lee does have an easy to care for coat. She will need regular brushing and will shed her winter coat. A coat similar to a labrador coat so do expect some degree of shedding
Ruby Lee travels well in the car, happy to go on trips so would make a great travel buddy.
Ruby Lee is an active girl and will require daily walks so is going to need a family who enjoy the outdoors and new adventures as much as she does. Being social she would love to have a couple of friend to hand out with and stretch her legs
Inside the home
Ruby Lee loves coming inside to be with her family. She is still learning her inside manner as all pups do. She will need supervision as she is still in that puppy chewing phase so best to keep things out of her reach or put away.
Active and adventurous family committed to training and socialization of our special girl
A furry bestie to hang out with would be amazing but if another dog is in residence we seek a male of a playful nature who is well socialized.
Patience and understanding of puppy behavior and willing to put time in to train
A family committed to ongoing training
No apartment living or small backyard will be considered as she is an active girl
