About Gus
Gus is only available to be adopted with one of his siblings or to a family who already have a suitable, desexed cat companion.
Gus came to us as tiny a 4 week old kitten with his siblings, they have been cared for together with one of our experienced kitten carers, and well, haven’t they blossomed into the best kittens.
Gus is a joy to have around, he spread joy to those around him. He is playful, snuggly, and a bundle of fun. He just loves kids and playing with them, he is good with other cats and would love to live with one of his siblings or another desexed playful cat (not senior). He is happy and confident around dogs that are proven to be good with cats. We recommend slow introduction and close supervision.
Gus is looking for an inside only lifestyle with the possibility of an out-door cat encloser. Normal boundary fences are not enough to keep an adventurous kitten/cat contained and safe from roads, dogs and other dangers.
If Gus is adopted with one of his siblings the combined adoption fee is $550
*PLEASE read the ‘profile’ and ‘adoption details’ thoroughly before enquiring in detailed. *

Medical notes
Gus has had his first vaccination and is due for the second vaccine at the new owners expense on 11/12/23. There is currently a cat vaccine shortage and the second vaccination may not be available until vets are able to get supplies of the vaccine which is expected to arrive early next year. Please consult your own vet for further updates and advice.
Adoption details
Please note- we do not work on a first in best dressed basis, we assess all applications to choose the home that we believe will best match the animal.
If you believe one of our animals would be a good match for your home please send us a detailed email us with some information about the people and any other animals in your home as well as the type of lifestyle you can offer a new rescue pet. We are volunteerswho run the rescue around families, paid employment and other commitments so your patience is appreciated.
We do require any other dogs in your home meeting our foster animal before they head home with you. This enables us to assess their compatibility and helps prevent them being returned and creating more confusion/insecurities for the foster animal.
All our animals are available for a two week trial with full refund. They are also covered by a lifetime return policy. If you ever find yourself unable to care for or keep your pet please contact us and they will come back into our care, this is a condition of our Adoptions.
