About Milko
Milko is only available to be adopted with his best friend buddy or to a family who already have a playful affectionate, desexed cat/kitten companion.
Milko came to us as tiny a 4-week-old kitten with his siblings, they have been cared for together with one of our experienced kitten carers, and well, haven’t they blossomed into the best kittens.
Milko is always on the lookout for fun. Fun with humans (big and small), cats (playful not senior) and dogs (known to be cat friendly), add a few toys in the mix and he will keep you entertained. Once the fun has stopped, he is ready for snuggles, in fact he turns into a real snuggle bunny spreading his love around. He will lap up all the attention you have to give him. Milko would like to live with one of his siblings or another desex playful cat. When introducing kittens to a dog we recommend that introductions are done slow and always supervised.
Milko is looking for an inside only lifestyle with the possibility of an out-door cat encloser. Normal boundary fences are not enough to keep an adventurous kitten/cat contained and safe from roads, dogs and other dangers.
If Milko is adopted with his best friend Buddy, their combined adoption fee is $500
*PLEASE read the ‘profile’ and ‘adoption details’ thoroughly before enquiring in detailed. *
*Please only apply if you are ready to meet and adopt this pet now, and if all family members are in support of the adoption. *
Medical notes
Milko is now overdue for vaccination as there is a shortage of cat vaccines and most vets have run out. When he is adopted and the vaccines become available we will cover the cost at one of our vets, or the new owner has the choice to get him vaccinated at their vet at their own expense.
Adoption details
Please note- we do not work on a first in best dressed basis, we assess all applications to choose the home that we believe will best match the animal.
If you believe one of our animals would be a good match for your home please send us a detailed email us with some information about the people and any other animals in your home as well as the type of lifestyle you can offer a new rescue pet. We are volunteerswho run the rescue around families, paid employment and other commitments so your patience is appreciated.
We do require any other dogs in your home meeting our foster animal before they head home with you. This enables us to assess their compatibility and helps prevent them being returned and creating more confusion/insecurities for the foster animal.
All our animals are available for a two week trial with full refund. They are also covered by a lifetime return policy. If you ever find yourself unable to care for or keep your pet please contact us and they will come back into our care, this is a condition of our Adoptions.
