About Xena
Hi, I'm Xena! I am a very gentle black and tan female Kelpie. I work hard to make sure my humans are happy by letting them pat and scratch me, sometimes I need to give them a paw to show them how it's done.
My favourite things to do is play ball and spend time with my foster family. I believe manners are very important so I sit, wait and give my paw when I'm asked.
I don't mind where I sleep but if I can choose, I like to be inside (I'm crate and toilet trained). I love humans of all ages and playing with other dogs.
I would love a forever home that has a big yard to run around in. Someone who can provide me with lots of human time and a brother or sister to play with. I also really want to continue learning, my humans say I'm super smart so I want to prove them right.
If this sounds like you then please complete my adoption form now. I can't wait to hear from you!
Xena is located in VIC.
Adoption details
To apply to adopt a dog from Dogs4Jobs, you must firstly complete our adoptions application form in full at http://dogs4jobs.com.au/adoption-form/.
You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. We offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
