Hey friends, I'm Possum (also known as Possie, PossPoss, Possum Blossom, and Squiggles to my foster carers!). I had a scary start to life, where I was living rough on the streets with only the occasional feed and attention from the neighbours. But I have really thrived since I came into care. I have learned that pats are good and toys are great... but CHICKEN is the best! 😍

I'm a shy but unapologetically sassy young girl who likes the simple pleasures in life! I have discovered that I really enjoy getting pats, and will sometimes even try to lift your hand while you are sleeping, hehe. 😉

I also enjoy snoozing in warm sunny spots, shouting through the window at that pesky bird who likes to visit the garden, and playing with my cat toys. My favourite is my big snake teaser toy, which I have a good wrestle with (of course I always win!). I really am a big kitten!

As I've settled into my foster home, I've learned that I actually LOVE the company of other kitties! If you have any fur friends at home, I'll need my own safe space first and slow introductions, so be sure to follow SCA's instructions on introducing me to my new playmate and we'll be best friends before you know it! If you don't have any other fur babies, that's ok too! More attention for me! 😀

I quite enjoy my food and might beg you for a second dinner or some of whatever you're eating, but you should probably not listen to me.... even if I get very persuasive! I'm great with the litter tray (don't worry, I'll definitely cover up my crimes!) and I'm a tidy girl. I'm ready for a place to call my own!
