About Comet
Hi I’m Comet, my siblings and I came into care after we were found on the side of a road in bushland. I have been thriving in care and can’t wait to move into my forever family's home.
My foster mum says that I am as smart as I am cute - now that is pretty smart! I love kisses and cuddles and humans are the best, especially the smaller kind. I think kids are the best! I have had a lot of interactions with children of all ages and absolutely love them. I would love to have some children in my new home to play and grow up with. I’m great when meeting new people, I show no fear and love when they give me attention.
I am quite cheeky and like to chase everyone and anyone. I can run really really fast! and my tail never stops wagging. I love other dogs! I love to play with all sizes of dogs, although I can be easily scared in unfamiliar situations. I would love a forever home with another dog at home, but would also do well as an only dog, provided that I get plenty of love, attention and stimulation.
I've learnt pretty quickly that Cats don't like kisses as much as I do though, so I need to remember to watch those paws carefully.
I am super loveable, curious and very cuddly. I adore people and children and love nothing more than running, playing and cuddling with them. I love toys. All toys. Any toys. Fluffy ones, squeaky ones, puzzle ones. My new home must make sure that I always have lots and lots of toys to play with.
I currently sleep in the laundry with my siblings and sleep all night with no problems.
I spend my days outside but love coming inside and being included as part of the family, although I'm doing okay with mt toileting it's to be noted I may still have some accidents as I'm still adjusting.
