Hi there!
My name is Roxy and I am a 61/2 year old Kelpie x Australian Stumpy Tail Cattle Dog mix. I'm a gorgeous golden colour and foster mum says I'm a smoochy Pooch💕
I have had a very happy family life and been an inside dog with my pick of many dog beds for me to mooch in. My favourite thing is my walks, I love getting out and exploring the neighbourhood, meeting new people and sniffing all the local smells. I’d best suit an active family that will include me in their everyday lives.
I was not walked in my previous home so I am learning how to be road safe and all of the rules. Foster mum is showing me everything she can and I am just loving this new life, so much fun. I meet heaps of different people, get many compliments as well as pats and cuddles too ... which I love!
At 6 1/2 I' m past all of the silly puppy habits, fully house trained and I know how to find the sun spots in the garden. I am very sweet and lovable and I would love to be your friend where ever you go around the property. I love a good game or just being a cuddle bug to bring a smile to your face.
I am great on my own if you work away from home and do not need a sibling to keep me entertained, Im just fine being the house boss dog. I would suit a home with the right doggy sibling but other wise I’m very happy to socialize when we are out and about and I'm all good with being on my own. Cats are a no go, I am not a fan.
I see my family as one with older children who may need a study companion, a single person who would like a snuggle and walking companion, basically a chilled out house where I can smooch and snooze when not required to be on duty.
I am looking for a family that will love me and involve me in their everyday lives. Who understands the needs of working breeds and is prepared to provide ongoing training and socialisation. A home that can provide me with both physical & mental stimulation to help me be the best girl I can be. If that's you, my foster mum would love to hear from you.

~I will also need flea and worm treatments to keep me at my
optimum health, are you prepared for that?
~I've had a diet since being at the rescue of quality biscuits & raw, can you
guarantee to continue my current diet?
~ I am a good 10-20 years commitment are you 100% ready to
give me a home?
